Training
MLB-led development built around your goals
From pitching and position-player work to biomechanics and remote coaching, C35 Baseball Advisors delivers clear feedback, structured plans, and training that translates to the field.
How training works
A simple process that keeps you progressing
We keep it clear: evaluate, build a plan, train with intent, and track progress over time.
1) Evaluation & goal setting
We learn your goals, current level, and movement patterns so we can prioritize what will move the needle fastest.
2) Build your development plan
You get a structured plan with focus areas, drill work, and routines you can repeat between sessions.
3) Train with feedback
Each session is coached with cues you can feel and repeat—plus video and data when it helps.
4) Review, adjust, and level up
We track progress and adjust the plan as you improve, so training stays aligned with your next goal.

Training FAQs
Common questions from players and parents.
Who is training for?
We work with motivated athletes and families—especially ages 12–18—who want honest feedback and a clear plan.
Do you offer in-person and remote options?
Yes. Training is available in-person in Sanford, North Carolina, and remotely for athletes nationwide.
What should I bring to a session?
Bring your gear (glove, bat/helmet if needed), cleats or turf shoes, and any recent video you have. We’ll handle the rest.

Most athletes do best with consistent work over time. We’ll recommend a cadence based on your season, goals, and recovery.
