Remote Coaching FAQs
Common questions from players and parents about getting started and staying on track.
Who is remote coaching for?
Motivated athletes (especially ages 12–18) who want honest feedback, a structured plan, and accountability—no matter where they train.
What kind of video should I send?
Clear clips from the side and behind when possible. A phone on a tripod works great. We’ll tell you exactly what angles to capture after you apply.
How often do we check in?
It depends on your plan and season, but the goal is consistent touchpoints so your training stays focused and measurable.
Can you help with both pitching and hitting?
Yes. We support pitchers and position players with mechanics, routines, and training priorities that fit your role.
Do I need special tech or sensors?
No. If you have data (Rapsodo/TrackMan/etc.), we can use it—but remote coaching works with video and intent-based training alone.
How do I start?
Apply for an evaluation. We’ll review your goals and video, then recommend the best next steps for remote coaching.
